I’m Sydney, a certified Birth Boot Camp DOULA in the Dallas Fort Worth area.

What is a doula?

A doula provides support to expectant women in labor and birth, as well as the prenatal and postpartum periods. She provides physical comfort measures to help cope with labor and facilitate progress as well as emotional, informational, and relational support throughout a woman’s pregnancy, birth, and immediate postpartum.

As a doula my role is never to replace dad, but to involve him in the way most suitable for your family!

Women were built to birth, but they need someone in their corner and someone to lean on. That’s what I’m here for!
